If the size isn’t quite right, we offer one complimentary exchange (subject to availability). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange the exchange process. Please note we do not offer resizing services.

Moissanite pieces are available for immediate dispatch and typically arrive within 1–3 business days via express shipping.
Lab Diamond pieces are made to order with a 4-week production timeframe, followed by express shipping.
We are an online-only business. While we are proudly based on Collins Street in Melbourne’s CBD, we do not offer in-person appointments or showroom visits at this time.
Yes. All purchases include a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include general wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use.
