Welcome to LimitedJewelsCo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Overview
LimitedJewelsCo is an online-only jewelry store based in Melbourne, Australia. All products are sold via our website and/or Instagram, and all communication is conducted online.
2. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. As many items are handcrafted or made to order, slight variations may occur. Carat weights listed are total carat weight unless otherwise stated.
3. Shipping

We offer free express shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post Express.

Moissanite pieces are typically in-stock and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Lab-grown diamond pieces are made to order, requiring a 4-week production time before dispatch.

Tracking will be provided via email once your order ships.
4. Returns and Exchanges

We offer exchange only, including for incorrect sizing, within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.

Resizing is not available, so we recommend referring to our Bracelet Size Guide prior to ordering.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

All custom, bespoke, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
5. Warranty
All LimitedJewelsCo pieces come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.
6. Buy Now, Pay Later – Afterpay
We offer Afterpay as a payment option at checkout.
By selecting Afterpay, you agree to the following:

Payments are split into four equal, interest-free instalments.

First payment is due at the time of purchase.

You must be 18+ years old and meet Afterpay’s eligibility criteria.

How To Measure
For the perfect fit, use our printable size guide and follow these simple steps:
Print the guide at 100% scale (A4 paper – do not “fit to page”).
Cut out the vertical ruler strip along the dotted line.
Wrap the strip around your wrist at the widest point—usually across your wrist bone.
Note the measurement where the arrow or edge overlaps.
For a comfortable everyday fit, we recommend adding 1cm to your wrist size.
