At LimitedJewelsCo, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Please read the policy below to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Delayed shipping caused by external postal carriers

As a small, made-to-order business, we kindly ask that you choose carefully and refer to our Bracelet Size Guide before placing your order.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unworn, in original condition and packaging

• You ordered the wrong size

• You contact us at sales@limitedjewelsco.com with your order number and exchange request

Please note:

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability

• We do not offer resizing

• All shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer

3. Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund:

• Made-to-order pieces (e.g. lab-grown diamond items)

• Custom/bespoke pieces

• Any product altered at the customer’s request

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@limitedjewelsco.com with photos of the item.
We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

5. Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item is faulty or unfit for purpose.
